If you're new to using Flower Essences, we recommend you begin with one of our blends. Many people start with Crisis Calm, for those moments when things seem out of control or overwhelming, or Vital Energy, because one thing we women never seem to have enough of in our busy lives, is energy.

It's very very common for people who find the essences to read each description, and feel as though they need every one! That feeling can be overwhelming in itself. So our advice is to take a leap of faith - whichever seems to you to be the brightest, the loudest, the most insistent, or on the flip side, the one that seems to be hiding, is possibly a powerful place to begin your healing journey with the essences.
